Primary 3 have been learning to prepare and chop vegetables in Music and Technology. The pupils have really enjoyed making Vegetable Couscous so Miss Chalmers was keen to share the recipe with you all.
1. Prepare Cous Cous as per packet instructions
2. Chop the spring onion using a claw grip then add to the cous cous
3. Chop the tomatoes using a bridge hold then add to the cous cous
4. Tear the coriander leaves and add to the cous cous
4. Mix well and enjoy
