As part of our historical topic, ‘Horrid Historians’, we have arranged a morning visit to the National Museum of Scotland, Chambers Street.
Date: Wednesday 6th March 2019
Leaving school: 9:00 am (arrive at school at 8.50am as normal). We will be aiming to be back before lunch therefore lunches will not be affected.
Transport: Public Bus
Clothing: School uniform and waterproof jacket (in case of inclement weather)
Snack: Please bring a water and snack.
Members of staff responsible for the excursion: Mrs Gordon, Mrs McLeister and Ms MacKenzie.
Payment due by: 1st March 2019
* We do not want any child to miss out for financial reasons, therefore please remember we operate a ‘pay what you can’ approach. We do, however, expect all parents to contribute something towards the cost, before the visit takes place. If you are in a position to contribute towards funding for another child, we would be delighted if you could pay extra.
We will use the KIC excursion permission form dated August 2018. Please advise us if there are any changes to your child’s medical or contact details.
