Mrs. Jackson’s Daily Primary 4 Literacy Challenge
Hi Primary 4, how’s the home schooling going? Can’t believe that it’s been almost 2 weeks. I thought that I’d give you some time to get used to your teacher tasks before I interfered!
I am just giving you notice that I will be posting a daily task on the Trinity Primary Website for you to have a go at.
Each day I will suggest a book from Oxford Owl for you to read or listen to; give you some spellings to learn and set a quick writing challenge.
How does that sound?
If you have time today please begin tomorrow’s task and get in touch with me:

- Read or listen to Eric’s Talking Ears at www.oxfordowl.co.ok
teach | treat | steam | sheep |
feel | meet | street | sea |
- Can you create a silly story with some of these ee/ea words? Underline the ee/ea sounds.
There are many really interesting animals in this story – zoo animals to pet animals.

- If you could be one of these animals what would it be? Tell me about your day as this animal – Where would you live? What would you eat? How would you entertain yourself? Who would look after you? Would you prefer this life?
Draw a picture to match…

Good Luck!
