A Message from the Parent Council

TPS PC

Hello everyone,

I hope that you are all well and you had a good Easter.  Thank you so much to those of you who donated Easter Eggs – all 83 of them! Such a fabulous school community.

I wanted to get in touch to let you know that the Parent Council is still very much up and running, and that we will be holding a virtual meeting on Tuesday April 28th. Rather than our usual agenda I thought it would be more useful to make this an opportunity for parents and carers to ask questions about how school might run this term – so this is a chance to ask about anything at all that you’ve been wondering about, no matter how big or small.  We will use your questions as the Agenda for the meeting and report back the answers to you once we’ve had chance to pull the information together.

If you’d like to ask a question please email us, parentcounciltrinity@gmail.com as soon as possible but certainly by Friday April 24 (the end of the first week back to school). This will give us a bit of time to pull the questions together for Mrs Scott in advance of the meeting. I’m sure you’ll appreciate that it might not be possible to give definite information on all questions, since the situation is changing so quickly, but we will make sure that everything is answered as fully as possible.

Since this is the first meeting we’ve tried like this I have decided to make the Parent Council meeting open to Parent Council members only, just to give us all a chance to work out the technology. Rest assured that we will report back to everyone with the answers to all of your questions. Depending on how the meeting goes I will look at opening up access to future meetings.  Thanks for your understanding.

I look forward to hearing from you, and will be back in touch again soon.

Take care,

Helen Duncan
