Breathe in and out gently
Think “Deep” on the in-breath, then “Slow” on the out-breath
Again, this is bringing attention back to you, now. It is always so tempting to think back to better times or to think ahead in hope of better times but the only time you can really do or feel anything is now. In this moment. Slow, deep breaths will help you to be with this moment and with yourself.
