P3 Health and Wellbeing – Feeling Safe

Last week we looked at recognising our emotions and how we are feeling. We learned that we go through a wide range of emotions, even in just one day! This week we are moving on to feeling safe. Look through the slides and answer the questions about what makes us feel safe in different situations. Something that might make you feel safe is cuddling up with your teddies, or talking to an adult.

Where do you feel safe?
What makes you feel safe? (Do you have a special toy? A blanket?)
Who makes you feel safe? How do they make you feel safe?
How do you feel when you feel safe?
