P3 Health and Wellbeing – Private and PANTS Rule.

This week we are following on from ‘Feeling Safe’ to discussing privacy, the PANTS rule, and reinforcing the point that children should talk to a trusted adult when they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

This can be a slightly more uncomfortable topic to discuss with your child, so we recommend following the RSHP activity plan to deliver this lesson, this is what we would do if we were in the classroom.

Before schools closed, children went over the correct terms for their body parts and discussed which of these parts are private, so they should already be familiar with this. The slides from RSHP will help guide the lesson, prompt discussion, and clearly outline the PANTS rule.
