Be content to rest there for a little while.
Your mind is always with you, so it’s really important that you are able to make it a lovely place to be. Imagine what is most peaceful and relaxing for you and use it to create a place for you to rest in whenever you want. It might be near the sound of water, perhaps by a river or the sea. It might be lying on the grass in an empty park while the sun shines on you, making you feel lovely and warm. It might be lying on a soft bed while rain gently pitter-patters on the window. Whatever works for you is perfect and the only limit is your imagination.
