This week we are learning how to sort words using alphabetical order. Alphabetical order can be used for a lot of things, you might use it when looking up a word in a dictionary or thesaurus. At school, all the names on the register are in alphabetical order by surname. You might sort your books or DVDs into alphabetical order to make it easier to find the one you are looking for.
