Dear Parents and Carers

I hope you have had a good week.  The confirmation on Tuesday that our P1 – P3 learners will return to school from Monday 22nd February,  along our well attended (over 60 families on each occasion) virtual house coffee mornings certainly raised my spirits this week.  Our house captains spoke so well and their words of encouragement were much appreciated.    I am ever hopeful that it won’t be too long until our P4 – P7 learners are also able to return and Trinity will be together again.

As previously shared the arrangements from Mon 22nd are as follows :

P4 – P7 team : staff will continue to provide learning in school and learning from home

Whilst breakfast club will recommence from Mon Feb 22nd this provision is only for children of keyworkers.   This is in line with Scottish Government guidance.  A form has been issued for families eligible.

Our family learning activities based around ‘You’ve got a friend in me’ have been well received.  Look out for next week’s SWAY providing activities based around the song ‘True Colours’.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone in our school community for their continued support, understanding, kind words and encouragement.  We are getting there and the light at the end of the tunnel is beginning to brighten.

Take care and we will see you soon
