Dear Parents and Carers
Welcome to the final Trinity News of the school year.
Today saw us come together to enjoy our penultimate school event of the year – the final of Trinity’s Got Talent! A huge well done to our house captains who took full responsibility for running this.
It was lovely to see many of you able to join us yesterday for our end of year celebration. Despite the occasional ‘spot’ of rain we celebrated and presented various awards – see below for a full list of recipients. We also said a very fond goodbye to our P7s who were presented with their packages of learning, yearbook and T shirt, a large number of which have since been ceremoniously signed. We also said goodbye and good luck to some Trinity learners and to some staff – Mr Taylor, Ms Espie, Ms Nisbet (school office), Ms Marcinowicz, Ms Fagan, Ms Campbell, Mr Johnstone and Ms Watt. We wish them all the very best in the future.

Uniform : we are hoping for the support from all our families to ensure that our learners wear only school colours from August – black, yellow and grey. Financial assistance with purchasing uniform items is available. Please contact school direct. Hoodies are not permitted as we are finding a significant number of children ‘hiding’ under a hood. Thank you in advance for this. Information regarding PE kit will be issued early in the school year.
St Columba’s Hospice
Many of you will be familiar with St Columba’s Hospice and the incredible support they provide. Their summer fundraising campaign features one of our Trinity families and, with their permission, I am sharing the link below. Please do take a minute to read and to donate if you are able – thank you

As we go on our school summer holidays I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to you all, for your support, understanding, patience and for getting all of our learners to school and ready to learn.
They really are a credit to you. A huge thanks also to the amazing staff team at Trinity. I am so privileged to do a job I love supported and surrounded by such a fabulous team.
And finally a massive thank you to the most important people – to all of our Trinity learners. Whether they have been at Trinity for years, for months or for days they are all very much a part of our school and Trinity just wouldn’t be Trinity without them.
I hope you all have an enjoyable summer and I look forward to seeing most of you back at Trinity in August.
With very best wishes
Jacqueline Scott
