P5 Morning Message

Good morning Primary 5,

Another sunny day! I hope you have all had a good week.

Off With Their Heads!

We have been very busy this short week, learning all about the Storming of the Bastille and writing our persuasive speeches. If you are looking for some extra activities to do, linked to our topic, remember there is the Topic Activities Grid with lots of ideas to choose from.  You can share your work and your ideas on your class Padlet page.

Superstars Are Back!
Later today, on P5 page of the website, we will announce the Superstars for each class. We will also upload the learning grid for next week.

Friday Holiday
Tomorrow (Friday 8th May) is a school holiday. Happy long weekend!

Good Morning Primary 5!

Music and Technology

Don’t forget to do your Music and Technology task for this week. You will find it in the M&T folder on Showbie. It is also a good idea to look over the Learning From Home Grid for this week to check you haven’t missed any learning.

Work of the Week

The Work of the Week for each class will be announced later today.

Uploading Work

Please try to send some work to your teacher every day. There is now a new folder on Showbie, just for uploading work to. This will make it easier for everyone. Here is a video to help you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QOD5U_VaH0&feature=youtu.be

3 Day Week Next Week

Monday 4th May and Friday 8th May are both holidays. You will not be sent work by your teacher on these days. You will be doing your normal Learning from Home on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only.

Have a lovely long weekend!

P5 Morning Message

Good morning P5!

If you haven’t already, have a look at the Catscape Novel Study tasks this week. We are very lucky to be working with our local author, Mike Nicholson.

There is also a new research task to do as part of our new French Revolution topic, ‘Off With Their Heads!’

Have a great day! We are looking forward to sharing your learning with you.
