Pupils are enjoying completing their reading challenge bookmarks and lanyards are now being handed out.
Can you spot anyone wearing on? If so, check out the book they are reading and ask them questions about it.
Alphabet beads are coming! Within Trinity community when visiting certain shops and businesses, pupils can now earn alphabet beads if they are spotted wearing their lanyards and answer a question about something they are reading.
Our Reading Riot team have been into local shops and into Ocean Terminal to hand these out. If you see this sign in the window, you can get your alphabet beads there!

Here are some of the business who have agreed to take part:
Frankie and Bennies, Pizza Express, Wagamamas, Starbucks, Waterstones, M&S, Fat Face, Build-a-Bear, Game, Waterstones, Boots, Gap, Clinton Cards, Claire’s Accessories, Toy Town.
We’ll be updating this list regularly. When you are out and about, keep an eye out for the Reading Riot sign that will be displayed in participating venues.
Trinity will be collecting the beads in school. Our Reading Riot pupil team will let you know how we will be using them!
Within the Wardie community pupils can already earn alphabet beads if they are spotted wearing a lanyard in Scotmid, the Post Office or the chemist.
