Trinity Primary School’s International Partnership
In 2010 partnership coordinators and ‘International Committees’, comprising of staff and pupils, were established in Trinity Primary School and Luhira Primary School in Tanzania. Since then we have had two successful reciprocal visits, one in 2011/2012 and the other in 2013, where staff from both schools have visited their partner school.

Both schools have benefitted greatly from these visits as well as the two whole school projects; ‘Food for Thought’ and the ‘Big Five’.
We are keen to continue to build on the positive relationship we have established with a key member of staff in Tanzania and we moved our partnership to Mlete Primary school, also in Tanzania, in 2014. For the moment we communicate by email, letters and the exchange of pupil work. We are currently liaising with the British Council to enable further visits, which we hope will take place in the academic year 2015/2016.
