P1 Litter Picking

We have been litter picking in Primary one as part of the Sustainability group’s new rota. We walked around the whole playground and collected all the litter we could find to keep our school looking good and help the environment!

At Trinity Primary we are very proud of our green flag and in 2015 we were awarded our third flag. The Eco group have worked really hard to make this happen. They conducted an environmental review and chose this year’s topics; litter, school grounds and energy. The new group have a lot of amazing ideas and have already completed most of the tasks on our action plan. Throughout the year our Eco group and every member of the school, will continue to work hard to ensure we keep Trinity green and clean!
